The secret is out

This is one of my favorite websites. All the recipes have ratings, comments of changes people have made, you can search by the title of a recipe or you can search by the ingredients you have. That is the best. If you have chicken, cheese, and mushrooms, you can search for recipes with those ingredients. How cool is that?

Exercise

So it's January and it's the time we all set new goals. I want to get more exercise and make better choices to become healthier. This is day 2 of my workout on my new Wii exercise program. I can't say it's easy....even though I am using the easy exercises, but moving any is a plus above nothing.
