So it's January and it's the time we all set new goals. I want to get more exercise and make better choices to become healthier. This is day 2 of my workout on my new Wii exercise program. I can't say it's easy....even though I am using the easy exercises, but moving any is a plus above nothing.

Thanks to my hubby for encouraging me to be a better person...physically and spiritually. Love you so much.
